Seems like this news isn’t as big as YouTube being acquired by Google, I wonder why? Jumpcut is a web-based video editor, which was reviewed against EyeSpot here by moemoe of Techgurls earlier this year.

Will they be able to compete with YouTube? It’ll be interesting to see.
